Estate planning is a vital matter for all individuals, whether their estates are large or small. Mr. Murphy is also an approved examining counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company and Stewart Title Insurance Company. Mr. Murphy has extensive experience in handling all of these matters. His clients range from small, closely-held entities to larger corporate entities with on-going general business law needs.
Mr. Murphy understands the unique legal requirements and needs of not-for-profit entities. He handles basic matters such as incorporation, drafting certificates, by-laws and other corporate documents, on-going legal issues, and compliance with government rules and regulations.
